Thank you for shopping with Studio Calm. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders or shipping delays due to external factors (such as customs inspections or courier delays), processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Origin
All Studio Calm orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our international warehouse in China.
We partner with trusted global logistics providers to ensure safe and efficient delivery of your products.
3. Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Please use the estimates below as a general guide:

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 48–72 hours to update in the carrier’s system.
You can track your package at any time using the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Studio Calm is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping (including tariffs, taxes, and customs charges) are the responsibility of the customer.
If you refuse delivery due to customs fees, your order will not be refunded.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
Studio Calm is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
If a package is returned to us for this reason, the customer is responsible for paying additional shipping fees to have it resent.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Studio Calm is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
If you believe your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at info@studio-calm.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and assist where possible.
8. Delivery Authority
All shipments are sent with Authority To Leave where available. This means your parcel may be left in a secure location at your delivery address if no one is available to receive it.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
Approved cancellations are subject to a 10% processing fee to cover transaction and administration costs.
10. Returns Due to Non-Delivery
If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details, refusal to pay import duties, or failure to collect the parcel, it may be returned to us.
In such cases, reshipping costs must be paid by the customer. Refunds will not be issued for non-delivery or unclaimed packages.
