Something Not Right With Your Order?

Authority To Leave:
All orders are shipped with Authority To Leave. Please provide a delivery address that is safe for parcels to be left if no one is home.

Incorrect Address:
If your address is entered incorrectly at checkout and the order is returned to our warehouse, you will be required to pay shipping again to re-send your item. We cannot issue refunds based on an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Cancellations:
We do not usually cancel or refund accepted orders. You may request a cancellation only if your order has not reached our dispatch team and you have not received a confirmation email. If a cancellation is approved, a 10% cancellation fee (of the order value) applies to cover non-refundable payment provider fees and admin costs.


What’s Not Returnable?

  • Products where the seal/tape is torn or removed (considered opened).

  • Opened products.

  • Products in boxes with broken seals.

  • Items not purchased from www.studio-calm.com.

  • Items without an order number or packing slip.

  • Gift Cards: no cancellations or refunds (final sale).

  • Returned items without a tracking number.


How Do I Return Unopened Products?

Return Window:

  • Submit unopened product return requests within 5 days of delivery by emailing info@studio-calm.com.

  • If your request is approved, unopened product(s) must be mailed/shipped within 14 days of the date Studio Calm’s Customer Service Team authorises the return.

Shipping & Tracking:

  • Returns must include a tracking number.

  • Email the tracking number and your shipping confirmation to info@studio-calm.com with your order number as the subject line.

Eligibility Conditions:

  • If the returned product(s) is opened and/or damaged, you are not eligible for a refund.

  • If you initiate the return after 5 days from delivery, you are not eligible for a refund.

  • If we do not receive your return within 14 days of authorisation, you are not eligible for a refund.
